Items are carefully cleaned and inspected to ensure optimal value. If necessary research is done to identify rare items and give prospective buyers the information to make informed decisions. Mithril uses barcode technology to speed sales and properly track inventory.

Specially-crafted signs are used to direct traffic to the sale, provide assistance in parking, and to note loading zones for sold items.
